Downloading app to show SMS sender

Hi just got a Vivaz and trying to understand it..instructions are not very comprehensive!  Ive read that I can download an app that will display the SMS message sender when I receive a text. How do I do this please?  thanks! xx

Hi Dawnie,

We have noticed that your post has gone unanswered so we're here to offer some help.

When you receive an SMS message, the name of the sender (If stored in your Contacts list) should already show. You do not need to download an application in order to activate this.

Please could you confirm whether you are still unable to see the name of the contact which has sent you as SMS message so we may troubleshoot this with you?
