Do not disturb feature

Sony Xperia XA 1 - -  Even after turning off the Do Not Disturb feature,  neither the phone is ringing nor it is vibrating..no music play..nothing at all..

Hi @1930, welcome to the community.

Try setting up a new Do Not Disturb and have it end in 2 minutes.

To do this go to Settings > Sound & Notification > Do Not Disturb > Automatic Rules.

Once the new rule activates and ends, test it and see if you have sound. Also make sure all your volume sliders are turned up. If it works, remove the rule.
