Hi..

I read this thread and decided to root my Xperia P

by reading your posts, I sucessfully rooted my phone and also installed Cybershot Cam mod..

Now I want to intall that Acid engine.. but I'm not able to understand how to do it..

I went to XDA site but the process is little confusing for me... !!

Sorry..I don't know much about mods etc..

How to Install that Acid Engine?

Does it really improve the audio quality or just make the output loud?

Will it work with Walkman app?

hi jack i have read your posts in xda did you uninstall your acid?have you tried installing addons? im thinking if beats and other enhancements are installed in acid coz when i'm browsing my installed apps i can see dolby digital sound enhancer but can't find other, sorry for asking this i'm not allowed to reply in xda forums...

Actually some framework of an mod got conflicted so bricked my device !!! So at present in sony stock rom !! Rooted and jus deleted the unwanted apps .. didnt install any mods !!

i didnt uninstall the ACid but as my device got bricked i flashed with the sony stock rom ftf file so every mods i had got vanished !! now in clean sony stock rom and checking its performance !! I see many ppl report lag, bug etc etc so jus going throught it !!

and finally waiting for MoonBreaker v4 rom which has all the mods which i like in a single package !!

Yes Acid has many mods included in it !! i think beats ll come with an add on only, and dolby i too have seen it .. and some other mods they have don in  acid apk itself and also in stock audioeffects apk etc ..

See...there are two Bravia Engines in my phone!!

How did that happen?

I noticed it today when I was changing themes..

I didn't flash any Bravia mods etc..I've only 3 mods flashed: Cybershot, AC!D Sound (mentioned earlier in this thread) and battery and signal icon from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2322728

How to remove one BE?

Is my BE working?

One more thing.... my Xperia P is still under warranty and it has air bubbles in the transparent bar...so I'm thinking to send it to the service center!!

So...rooting doesn't void warranty...right?

If it does...then how to unroot??

i've just check my display and found out that i've also got two BE just like the photo abov, i gues we got BE2 from cyber shot, well i guess there's nothing harmful about that just uncheck the other one its up to you wheter it be BE or BE2
