create folder in main menu and hide aplications

i have sony xperia s i updated it ics 4.0.4 so android users using home screen for widgets so main menu for aplications and our main menu is too mixed and too crowd and than we cant create folder in main menu and we want hide "Cant be removed system aplications unnecessary for user" So we want update to "Xperia Home" now edition 4.0.3.A.0.13 Now for this reasons very much android user using diffirent launcher  so we are waiting update as android users to xperia home for main menu thanks.

Thanks for your feedback. As you probably know it's not possible to create folders in our app drawer at the moment. Perhaps this is something that can be implemented in the future.

I'm very eager to get that update but when would u implement that. Bcoz I'm tired of using battery draining launchers. While Samsung TouchWiz has this customization inbuilt. So plz make it as soon as possible.

I would love to see this as a feature, all other phone makers have this possibility as a standard nowadays, LG L9 has it, Samsung has it, Apple started it, why is it that Sony has to be the last one to implement it? I hate scrolling through 5 pages to find the app i want and i hate using launcher screens since they are battery and memory consuming. So please update it a.s.a.p.

Am also waiting for this feature. It seems granted on most other brand users. So please hury. I hope that you'd rolle it out with the Jelly Bean updates.
