When I go to the contacts listing from Phone icon on my home screen OR Menu --> Phone --> Phonebook
(Slide right) and do a single tap on any saved contact, the contact is dialled directly without showing the contact information first.
On the contrary, if I go through Menu --> Contacts and do a single tap on any saved contact in my phone, it first displays the contact info wherein you can view the complete information on the contact and can choose to call or message the contact, if desired.
Why is the contact information not displayed in the first instance (When I go through Phone option)? I searched the settings but couldn't find any option to change this. Is there a way we can change this?
