Connectivity issues on XP

Not connecting my Xperia Z on my XP PC.   used to work fine on the my laptop running windows 7. It's not an issue with the USB cable. i install Windows Media Player 11 also.

Pls Can you suggest me how to connecting my Xperia Z on my XP and access /copy /move files...

What error you receive ?

Is that "driver not installed properly" if so install PC Companion it might help...

Try SUS instead > install SUS > restart your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus > run SUS > follow the steps
