configure Internet settings

dear ,

after recieving the configuration message for the internet from the service providers , there is a notification as follow :

( there was a problem with the configuration message . your device setting have not been updated ) .

i already update the mobile to the last version 6.2.a.1.100

so kindly help me soliving this problem

i have the same problem , i made a software for my phone and then i ask them to send the settings , but still it appears !!
but mms , wap firstly the same thing , but the internet still !!! 
and it's very slow if it's connected for a while of time  
please, could anyone help us ?

Some network operator push settings are not compatible. Try getting the settings via Settings > Xperia > Internet settings.

If that fails you can configure your APN settings manually in this menu: Settings > More (Wireless & network) > Mobile networks > Access point names (APN).
