Cannot update.

Hey!

Yesterday I have notice about new system update. And You must run PC companion to install it.

I have all day to install it, but nothing works.

Companion have 2 problems, 1st is "no any connection to server" sometimes it solved by itself, but 2nd... Cannot update your cellphone...

Okay, I go and download Update Service. Run. Download. Oh crap! It says to me in 8th time that it cannot install update! Oh dear!

Trying to go to default settings and updates... also " CANNOT DO THAT "

also, US offer me trying search point in life on support forum, so here I am.

My cellphone not dead not alive, help me.

disable your antivirus and firewall and try again

you can also try SUS, but make sure your phone its fully charged or at least at 50%
