cannot network-unlock X10i

i have an X10i locked to 3UK,,, I in error entered a wrong code 5 times and now i have ran out of attempts to unlock the phone or enter any unlock code,,,,

Now i have the right code confirmed by 3UK but have no attempts to enter an unlock code,,, Kindly assist ,,, does anyone know how to reset the count to enter the network unlock code

I'm sorry about that @maaz2cool but you can't reset that. That's why you have 5 attempts to try.

Is it the phone that you can not even get into or is it the sim that is locked

If its the phone you will need to download SEUS and run that, it will tell you how to connect your phone then you can repair or re-install the software

it will reset your phone completely, but if you have used Backup and Restore you should get some of it back afterwards from that app by restoring.
