Cannot install PC Companion

I cannot install PC companion from either of two laptops - am just getting "404 - not found". Might this be a security/firewall problem? I am running Kaspersky anti-virus plus Tune-up Utilities.

turn off your firewall and/or antivirus

and also you can try Update Service
