Cannot download internet settings

Hi, 

Im from the Philippines. I recently upgraded to 5.1.1 for xperia z2 but after that i cannot download internet settings. 

please assist.

You can contact your carrier and request them to be sent OTA, you can also enter them manually

1. Settings
2. More
3. Mobile Networks
4. Access point names
5. type in the information
6. Save
7. restart the phone.

Hi,

You could also make sure that you are not connected to a Wi-Fi network while trying to download the settings. Make sure that you have a good signal strength before downloading, a bad signal could be a cause if the download fails

If possible, you could try to download the Internet settings using another SIM-card to check if your subscription does not support the download of Internet settings.
