Camera Problem

The rear camera on my xperia has stopped working, displaying the Error Message

 "The camera may be in use by another application. Please close the application and try again"

I've tried stoppping and restarting the camera app as well as clearing cache and restarting phone. Anyone else had this problem and/or suggestions on how to resolve??

There might be an app using the camera. Boot in safe mode and see if the same happens.

I have tried that but no joy.... same error message.

Also doesn't work when I run the diagnostics test within the settings menu.....

If it does not work from diagnostics either, you should try either a software repair using Xperia Companion or contact your Local support.
