C902 showing wrong mobile number

Hello everyone,

I am new here, but I hope someone can help me. I have C902 and I have recently had it unbranded and unlocked. I moved from Orange to O2 and took my number with me. Today was number moving day. In phone status, the number shown is the temp one from O2, not my ported one. My ported number shows up correctly on my home phone, so I know the move went ok.  Any ideas?

Have you tried re updating the phone using Sony Ericsson Update Service?

Thanks for your reply.

I have sorted it out, eventually. I navigated to My Number and changed it to my ported number. That did the trick. I thought it was something outwith my control.
