Bluetooth turns ON Automatically after returning from Flight mode

Hi, 

 Am using Xperia XA1 dual sim, the problem that i am facing is,

Step 1. Turn ON the Flight mode

Step 2. Turn OFF the Flight mode

Step 3. Bluetooth is automatically turned ON.

Note: Am running the latest software update

Kindly let me know whether this bug can be reported to the engineering team to solve it sooner ,
