Bluetooth issues!!!

I have just bought a Sony Ericsson w100i Spiro (yesterday) and i am already having issues with it, i am not happy!!! I have had to remove over 200 pictures that are 'too big' to view, and i am not able to receive anything on bluetooth, i have tried everything to sort this out, all i want is to receive a song from my old phone. Both devices bluetooth is on and visability is set to on, all i am getting is the other device (nokia) saying connecting and the spiro is not getting any notification to accept the connection, when the nokia states 'unable to connect' i get a message on the spiro saying receiving cancelled! How can it be cancelled when nothing was accepted????? I am very un-happy with SE so far and this is the first time i have used them. I hope this issue is resolved, otherwise it will have been a waste of my money...

I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way about your new phone.

I suggest that you try to update the phone software using our Update Service program, to see if the problem you experience might be software related somehow.

i have gone to this site and looked at where to find the update service feature but my phone does not have this feature, i followed the steps and cannot find the update service where i was told to look, is there anyway i can find this other than where it is previously stated?
