Battery charging problem

hi my handset model is w810i. I have battery charging problem in that. when i put to charge i am getting an error msg saying"charging,allien battery". And the battery is not getting charged in full. once i remove from charging the battery ll drain out in few seconds. what to do for this. please help me out.

My first suggestion would be to try updating the software in the handset. This can be done on your PC using the PC Companion software (http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/mobilephones/downloads/subject/updateservice/1.243350?cc=gb&...)

Once the above program is open on your PC, go to Support Zone > Software Updates > Repair and follow the on screen steps. If you continue to experience problems after this, I'd suggest contacting your local support team directly for warranty info.
