Backup error?

I can't do backup, after a while I get an error message that I have to restart my tablet. I tried item by item, contacts, settings, other, it worked. but for pic\images\videos, it doesn't work? could you help me about that

Why don't you transfer them directly to your computer instead of using PCC

connect your tablet > computer > Xperia Tablet Z  > internal storage/SD card > DCIM > 100Andro
