Hi @Janmesh,

I'm sorry to hear that.

Normally, to exit safe mode you simply need to reboot your device. This will then boot your phone in the "normal" mode. What can trigger the phone to enter safe mode is of the volume down key is pressed in during the booting process, considering that a software repair didn't help my guess is that the volume down key is pressed in or stuck in your phone.

Is your phone in a case or cover? If so, remove this (temporarily) and reboot your phone. Is it still booting up in safe mode?

When you performed a software repair, did you restore any data or reinstall any apps before attempting to reboot your phone? If so I would recommend performing a software repair using Xperia Companion.

When pressing the volume down key you should feel the button "clicking" into place, if you are not feeling anything when pressing it I would recommend that you have your phone sent to an authorize service centre. To proceed with this I would recommend that you contact your Local support as they will have more information on local warranty and service procedures.

Let me know how it goes!

@Janmesh Continuously booting in safe mode could mean your volume (up/down or both) buttons is/are broken. You should have the phone examined by your Local support.
