Application and games folder not opening on W810i

Both the application and games folders are not opening on my W810i. Can there be an online patch or update which will solve the issue.

First, remove the battery and memory card for a few minutes, replace them and restart your phone.Failing that, update the phone's software.

Thanks doctor. however i tried updating the sw many times and it says your sw is latest and thats it. Now what shall I do

You can either opt for a master reset or, if your version of PC suite supports it, opt for "repair phone" from the Help tab of the PC suite page.Just remember to back all your data up beforehand.
