Android 2.1 eclair really available on x8 now????....

hi guyzz....i just wanna make sure if upadating x8 to 2.1 eclair is available right now?...cuz someone posted that it's available now....i wonder how true it is....

wew......i have to admit....it is really true...i just updated my phone a while ago....before i updated it i had 1.6 firmware...but after updating it i have 2.1..how's that....hehehhe....tnx sony after long months of waiting...^_^

well my dad bought my x8 from UAE....but im using it in south east asia right now....philippines to be exact....

is there something wrong mam/sir?...i think the update is available right now...even myself cant believe it...but after done updating it...i check the firmware it is 2.1
