I research on the internet sony is a very good customer satisfaction about than i bought sony xperia model of firm five days ago I found 3 dead pixels on the phone . I would request a replacement product with a new one. but the service in Turkey is unqualified about suject..Insuficent maintenance prosedures, and they couldnt reply in a short time..Is it possible to exchange with a new one instead of that dead pixel machine..
