2.1 bug

Hi everyone,

I just updated a while ago(I'm with rogers in canada) and I noticed a bug that gets my phone frozen everytime.

If im going to call someone from their profile, it will go black and the home button lights go on and it lags.

Also while switching calls ect, it's quite laggy.

Anyone know how to get your phone out of this state other then by taking out the battery everytime(which is inconvinient because of my case)

Sounds terrible. I would do a backup again, and try to repair the phone with PC Companion (reflash the firmware) and see if it helps. Note, same story as the upgrade, all your data will be gone after a repair. You can repair from Support Zone application, by manually starting software update and follow the instruction on PC.

i agree with u!! the phone is hanging/freezing all the time......highly dissapointed with it!!! people on this blog told that it wil get fixed in a day or  but its been 5-6 days m facing this problem!!

n i  would surely try the repair method!

n i forgot to mention m from india...that means v both have the rogers update! guess this is a problem with rogers!
