11.0.A.4.22 update problem

I have just updated my tipo to 11.0.A.4.22 and I am now getting a flash of a bright red boarder around the screen when I move between screens.

Any idea what this is and how I stop it?

Please do this:

Main Menu > Settings > Developer Options > Untick everything that is selected.
