XA1 Ultra (G3223) inquiry.

I obtained a XA1 Ultra (G3223) and now my carriers speed is lagging. Ibhave decided to goto another carrier but the new carrier is telling my that my phone isn't B13 compatible but so far all the research I have done says this phone is B13 compatible... so who is right when it comes to this situation?

I want to be able to get a better value with switching providers, but I need to be able to utilize building penetrative frequencies...

Hi @Whagwannin, welcome to our forum!

I have listed the LTE bands that the G3223 supports below and you are correct, it does support Band 13.

LTE (Bands 2, 4, 5, 7,12, 13,17, 28, 29, 66)

An easy test would be if you can borrow a SIM card from a different operator from a friend, family member or colleague and see if the speed over LTE is better, compared to how it is with your current carrier.
