Xa1 lost sound.

Hi everyone. I have a problem with my XA1 - no ring tones, notifications, no alarms. Phone reset to factory settings, new software, repaired by pc companion and now set up to safe mode but still not Sound.

Hi @1308, sorry to hear about this.

Is neither of the speakers in the device working when you do the tests inside the Support application? You can the tests in Settings > Support > Xperia tests > "Loudspeaker" and "earspeaker", or if you have the latest version of the application its merged into "Media".

If there is no sound coming from either speaker in the test and based on the troubleshooting you have already done on your own, get in touch with your Local support team so they can arrange a repair for you.
