Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra Navigation bar

Whenever I use google chrome, or other fullscreen aps, the navigation bar just doesnt go away, and takes up a lot of the screen, is there any way to enable it and disable it? Like for example Im watching a movie on chrome  and It doesnt go fullscreen, the top notification bar, and navigation bar is allways there wich is super annoying? Also is there any way to downgrade the android version? I really dislike the 8.0 android.

This has been asked before, you will have to send your feedback to Android devs and Chrome devs regarding this, as it's not up to Sony. try watching a movie/video with the Sony app and you'll see the difference.
