Sony XA2 ultra ringtone problem

I can not make the device play other files as Ringtones except the pre-installed. I have android 9 update. I have see that the issue is that you select the ringtone on both Sims but when you go to adjust the volume on call sound the device plays other sound that the selected.. When they call you the device does not play anything on both Sims.... Please help or fix the issue. Thank you

Set the ringtone of Sony Xperia XA2 is a pretty simple process. You will first have to go to the Sony Xperia XA2 settings menu . When you’re there, go to the Sound tab, and after that tap Mobile phone Ringtone . When you are there, you will find the ringtones that are already present on the Sony Xperia XA2. If you wish to know what a ring tone appears like, you just simply have to choose it to hear an excerpt. When you have found the ringtone you like, just simply check it and validate. If you do not just like the initial ringtone of the Sony Xperia XA2, go to the next step to set 1 of your music as a ringtone.

Hi sony xperia team 

I'm facing similar issue with my ringtone and notification tibes. I've set one tone (downloaded). Every now and then, automatically my phone goes on silent mode (only vibration) without any sound alert or ringing . After a Nomal restart, my set ringtone and other notification sounds are audible. Like everything normal.

What's to be done.? Please help.
