My problem is this: the files of the WhatsApp and the rest that I download to the phone is downloaded to the internal memory and very often it notifies me that I no longer have available memory, I do the transfer to the sd card and ahun I do not manage to free much space , what do I do or someone to help me please, since the phone has 16 GB of internal memory, but 10 GB are from the system and I do not have many applications installed, therefore I stop all the updates of the applications. , Thank you.
