Unfortunately there isn't a way to remove the lock screen clock by default in the settings of your device, you can change the clock appearance, but not completely remove it. 

However, you could download an application from the Play Store which may allow you customize the lock screen and remove the clock.

There is a theme on play store called "SmartFace - No Sony Clock" which removes the clock completely from the lock screen
