HD voice

I have a issue with this phone...hd voice during a call isn't working...tested on calls to xperia x...both phones in 4g coverage (with other phones the same). The internet settings from the network operator are not for this phone (they don't have it yet). It's a problem with those settings ore a hardware problem?

I believe that your carrier network has to enable this feature

It's the same operator on my test. On the Xperia X, with other calls in the same region, it's working. On the Xperia XA1 isn't.

I've contacted Orange. They said that this feature is automatically activated. Yet, after my call, it's seem to be working. I don't really know, because on the screen it's not desplaying anything (like on my Xperia X, where it's displaying HD during a call). Does the XA1 have this feature?

I'm sorry to hear this. To be able to investigate this further I would need some additional information from you.

If you could write me in a PM, if you device is locked to your network operator, in what country you are currently in and what IMEI number your device has. You can see your IMEI number if you type *#06# in to your dialer.

I live in Ukraine. Operator Vodafone.
I have problems with HD Voice. Sometimes, this is working, and sometimes doesn't work. When HD Voice don't working , voice my interlocutor is very bad. Voice like bad coding. I changed sim cart- don't help. I think this problem in software. Can u help me ?

i have the same problem also on xperia x compact and vodafone ukraine (have also changed simcard). seems like problem is with hd voice, is there a possibility to disable hd voice on my phone? have searched all the setting, but have not found.
