Difference between chargers

So I bought my phone during my stay in GB and am back in Germany now. So I need to buy an EU charger and I am not sure what the difference between all of them are. There seems to be fast chargers, who tend to be more expensive than normal chargers and then there are standard chargers. So I have a few questions:

1. I am not sure if I need fast charging, is it better for the battery if I stay away from it?

2. Does the XA1 even support fast charging?

3. What is the difference between UCH12W (45€) and UCH10 (10€) which are both called fast charger

4. Is there a reason to stay away from chargers from different brands? What do I have to look out for?

EDIT: I found some of the answers myself. The UCH12W charger has the symbol for the Trademarked QuickCharge from Qualcomm on it (there is QuickCharge 2.0 and 3.0) and then Symbol for Media Tek Pump Express+ (the P). While the UCH10 only has the QuickCharge symbol on it.

So depending what protocol your phone supports different chargers make sense. Here is the list for sony phones: https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/xperiaxa1ultra/kb/02310188014550f700148fcce243e002e57/.

Apparently the XA1 only supports PumpExpress which means that the UCH10 is worthless in my case.
