ich habe eine neue CallYa Karte und meine Telefonnummer vom alten Anbieter portieren lassen.
Beim Freischalten der Anrufsperre werde ich nach der Geräte IMEI gefragt (hatte ich mit *#06# ausgelesen). Jedoch Vodafone kennt meine vom Xperia XA1 Plus (G3421) nicht.
Wie kann ich jetzt meine CallYa Karte freischalten?

I have a new CallYa card and my phone number ported by the old provider.
When unlocking the call bar, I am asked for the device IMEI (I had read with * # 06 #). However, Vodafone does not know my Xperia XA1 Plus (G3421).
How can I unlock my CallYa card now?
