Device is not charging

Pomimo iż zostawiłam telefon podłączony na całą noc on i tak miał baterii tyle ile przez nocą. Myślę że telefon nie chce się ładować gdy jest on zablokowany, wtedy też nie świeci się lampka u góry tel

Hi @Wiktoria13, I am sorry to hear about this.

First of all I would suggest Turn off your device and then turn it back on. By doing this you turn off all running applications and free up memory, which sometimes automatically does the trick.

Also make sure make sure that you are using an original Sony charger and USB cable specifically intended for charging your device. Other chargers may be too weak or too strong as they may have a different electric current rating (mA). 

Another thing to try is different power sources. Charging using a wall socket is always the preferred method, but it could be a good idea to try charging the Xperia device by connecting the USB cable to the USB port of a computer. If the device starts to charge, this may be a sign that the charger is not working properly.

If none of these measures work, try charging the phone using another USB cable if you have one available.
