I've have a major issue since yesterday update...

unable to gain at least 1%...

I was able to see % decreassing few % within a minute.

I'm suspecting something has gone wrong since the last update...

last time I've made an update I loose BT this time it's a battery issue from my customer POV.

What charger are you using?

it's not only a matter of charging...

as you can see on the screenshot when it's 75% charged it took less 20 minutes to down to 0%.

everything was woirking fine before the update of yesterday.

As charger I'm using the one provided with the phone and 2 other cables one in my office and one in my car...

never seens such beaviour since yesterday update !!??

since 2 hours on the charger have reached 38 %...cool

i unplug the phone to take a picture without quitting the camera apps then I plug it back...

I take a coffee and now the phone is screaming cause it has reach 0% on the plug !!!

HELP take me back to the past to remove this rusty update !!!

I'l trying to perform what you advise me but...

I'he put it on the plug to charge it arrived at 47% I unpulg it to plug to my PC I was not able to do anything cause it has downed to 0 %.

Thank you Sony the quality of your security bundle, I'm really really protected...a bit too much maybe.

will try in few hours...

I would look at getting that XA1 to Local support for an evaluation tbh.
