Hi @Linar4532, I am sorry to hear about this.

Your post has been translated to English as this is an International forum, please post any replies in English and it will be easier for me and other users to assist you.

Do you receive any kind of error message when you try to open the camera app or does it simply not open at all?

The first thing that i suggest that you try is to clear data for the camera app. This will reset all settings for the camera app which might do the trick, no previously taken images will be erased. In order to do this, find and tap Settings > Apps & notifications > Show all XX apps > Camera > Storage > Clear data > Tap "OK" > Restart the phone.

Another thing that you can try is to restart your phone in safe mode to see if the camera app behaves the same there. All apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily deactivated while in safe mode and by doing this you can see if this behavior is caused by a downloaded app. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here

If none of these measures manages to improve the functionality of the camera app, I suggest that you try to perform a software repair using a computer and Xperia Companion. Please note though that a software repair will erase all user data, so remember to do a backup of your user data first to prevent data loss.

Try these measures and let me know how it goes! And please return to me if I have misinterpreted your question in any way! Slightly_smiling_Face

I did everything that you did but it did not help (I was told that either returning to the previous version of android will help or wait for the update or reflash the phone, how can I fix this problem again?

Thank you @Linar4532 for your quick reply!

If the none of the previously mentioned troubleshooting methods manages to resolve what you are experiencing, I am afraid that the only thing left to do is to get in contact with your local support team in order to have your phone sent to a service center to be examined and repaired. If you have any questions regarding the service, such as routines, warranty and consumer laws, these type of questions are best answered by your local support team as well, as they vary between markets.

I hope that helped!
