Open the Phone app > menu > settings > additional settings > Call waiting > enable it

Keep in mind that your carrier must offer this option

Hi @هبةشري, let me see if I can help out here. 

As @uliwooly mentions, call waiting is enabled using the settings in the phone app. 

If you have a Single SIM-device, open the phone app > Tap the three dots in the top right corner > Tap Settings > Tap Calls > Tap Additional settings > Tap Call waiting. 

If you have a Dual SIM-device, open the phone app > Tap the three dots in the top right corner > Tap Settings > Tap Calling accounts > tap the name of your service provider > Tap Additional settings > Tap Call waiting.
