Windows vista crash if i use YUKON Gigabit adapter of my BX397Xp

afer updgrade to vista If i use my lan adapter The screen freeze,
I must power off and restart for working
I have upgrade bios
I have tried download last driver from marvell
http://www.marvell.com/drivers/search.do
but problem remain

if i use my internal lan adabper my pc freeze (after one hours of use) video and i must power off my vaio
i use a usb/ethernet adapter my pc not freeze
Wich is the correct driver for vista?

vaio support tel me that Software support is for the preinstalled operating system only.

Can anybody help me?
