When I first log onto my laptop it has a message saying 'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150004). Click okay to close the application' It also displays this message whenever I try to open most things and when i have downloaded office and tryed to activate it, it still displays this message. I have recently bought the laptop and the microsoft office and security so I am not sure what is causing the problem.
Also within my computer there is a Microsoft Office Click-to-Run 2010 (Protected) (Q:) could this be the problem as it says the the current owner is unable to be displayed and when I change it over to myself as the admin I am unable to do this. The object name is Q:/.
Can anyone help?? Or have the same problem?
