VGN-N11S/W using Windows XP

Laptop is now 5 years old and havent had a problem up until now.  Does not connect to BT Homehub 2 so no internet access.   BT talked me through fixing the problem (took about 10 minute) however cannot remember what they told me and now BT are refusing to help as BThub is not the problem its the laptop resetting itself.  Can anyone help..

Hi Ella. What is happening when you are trying to connect?

It could be a number of things to be honest. If the VAIO is working on other networks, it should be pretty easy to fix.

I would try uninstalling the driver from the device manager and restarting to begin with.
