i bought a VGNVGN-FZ18M last month, and at the beginning my Visual Communication CAm VGP-VCC4 was working without any problems.
since last week..it somehow "died" and i get a permanent failur report telling me the cam is either not properly installed or used by another program. neither is the case and i really dont know what to do anymore.
anyone a helpful hint?

Have you tried installing the Microsoft Camera Hotfix KB931812 (I've attached this file below)

unfortunatly the update you sent me is not available for my system.
it didn´t work out.
so.....still don´t have a working cam. any other idea?
