VGN-FZ11S Motion Eye Camera

Hi, I have had a VGN-FZ11S for about 3 months and the Motion Eye Camera has stopped working, please can anyone help?

Quite a few people seem to have this problem. We have escalated this to Sony but we are still waiting for a workable solution.
