ive installed XP on my VAIO and have no driver support, a list of what drivers i need and where to get them from would be muchly appreciated.

Hi, I had the same problem. Try the drivers from the FE-31B Series, it worked fine at my FE-41E.

I'll try, although it sounds abit dodgy...

I figured, if i install correct wireless/Ethernet drivers, i can use a util that would download relevant drivers for me, or just trial and error from there...

any idea what Wireless/ethernet drivers i need?

The VGN-FE31H is identical to your VGN-FE41M except it was released for sale with XP installed.
