is there possibility when I bought my Vaio EB about 2months ago..but in different country of europe,

to replace this one with the white one? or just to complain about scratches?

Hi,

To complain about scratches two months after purchase would be pushing it – you should have done this on receipt!

Unless you received a model that you didn’t order you are stuck with it.
