TV-out give BW-picture

I have a FE31H linked to my very old TV with S-video cable.
When i use it on my PC i get a good picture with color. But on my laptop i get a Black and White picture.
The Nvidia control panel is very old, and i cant change the settings there. When i pick S-video connection and a PAL G signal, it changes it back to Automatically find signal and then just picks a PAL connection and the TV starts to jump a little...

How can i make this work?

sorry not sure i understand the problem, are you trying to send pic from tv to the laptop or play something on the laptop to appear on the TV?
you have a good pic on your PC, is that with PC connected to TV or the laptop connected to PC? I guess your TV is analogue not digital? do you have a TV ariel socket on the PC?

I connect my laptop to my TV using a S-video cable on the TV-out socket.
But the picture that appear is black and white.
