SZ5 screen problem

Hi all,

Got a new SZ5XWN/C a couple fo weeks ago. I've noticed though that I have patches of a slight yellow coming up from the bottom of the screen. It's not pixelated, but more like the backlight is not working quite as well in that area.

Has anyone else noticed this on theirs? Hard;y a cheap machine, so I'm considering getting in touch with Sony to get it fixed, but just wanted to check first if anyone else had experienced this.

Hi Andrew, I have an SZ5XWN, and don't have any yellow light invading from bottom of screen.
You're right, it's not a cheap machine.....I'd take it back to where you bought it.
