Got three problems with my VGN-AR31M Bluetooth, wireless connection and digital sound Please help!!!
Hello I have three problems with my Sony Viao VGN AR31M
1. When it sleeps I lose my Bluetooth mouse.
2. I cannot connect to my wireless network directly. When my computer starts I get no wireless connection (I have set-up my router a linksys w54g.. with wep, mac address restrictions and no ssid broadcast. I have made a profile with my network name and ssid and network key. Then when I try to connect manually Vista tells me no way then I close the dialogue box and bang I'm connected. Annoying.
3. When I hook my flat screen up via HDMI I have to switch to the Digital output device and TEST the device so I hear sound then it works. I have updated to the lasted drivers.
I am ready to try the process of downgrading to XP but it seems like a lot of work.
Please help if you can
