Sony VGN N38 laptop from PC World (As seen on TV)

Can anyone help?
I am thinking of buying the recently advertised N38 laptop from PC World, but I can't find this model number on any sony web site or forum.
Does anyone know anything about this model?
I am guessing it must be a genuine Sony.

Hi Paul,

It looks like a very basic N-Series. Probably a special deal with PC World. Looks a bit like the old VGN-N21M model with the VGN-N21S hard disc but with a processor not usually used in that series.

The deal seems to have been discontinued on the PC World website.

I've not seen the TV addvert and ss Blencogo has mentioned the N38 laptop seems to have been removed from the PC world site..?

I have found specifications for the N38 E, L , M & Z range on Vaio-Link, see here

Also the N38E & N38Z are both available on sony style
