I am trying to reformat my computer. I put the recovery disc 1 in and the recovery procedure started then I received the message recovery complete click ok remove disc machine will restart. I did this and got the message a recent hardware change caused a fault start normal/last known good etc. I tried normal and last known good but still received fault message. I then tried to start in safe mode but got the message windows set up is not complete. can anyone help
