Replacing the hdd on a vgn-a295hp

Hi everybody,

I've got a vaio vgn-a295hp and would like to replace the hdd. 60 Gbs are too small now because I'm running XP and Suse Linux on the machine.
How can I replace the hdd? It's so simple with a dell or ibm machine!

No expert here but can I suggest a USB external hard drive? Buffalo sell a 120gb which solved my problems without hassle. Price is not too severe either.
