registering a laptop as stolen

Hi Guys,

I've tried flagging my old vaio as stolen on the e-support site.

However, I lost the account details (they were on the machine that was stolen... there's a lesson there somewhere), so when I try to register it on e-support, it tells me that it's an already registered machine, and that I'd recieve an email about this. Which I didn't.

Is there a direct email address or number where I can flag the machine as stolen? There's not a hope in henk of me getting my original registration information back.

Ive also had my vaio stolen but do have the serial number but I don't know what good that will do me. - Heather

I will forward these details to Sony Support for you.

Please make sure your Club Vaio contact details are correct as Sony will require some police details so they know who to contact if the unit turns up for service.
